Attorney Alan B. Silver began his legal career in 1973. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Silver concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, real estate, business law and general practice. He frequently represents national financial institutions, private investors, small businesses and individuals in a variety of legal areas. He is a title agent for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
Attorney Thomas J. Farrell has been in practice since 1985. His practice concentrates in bankruptcy law, creditor's rights, foreclosures, loan workouts and commercial litigation. He represents national financial institutions, private investors, small businesses and individuals in a wide range of state and federal court proceedings. Mr. Farrell is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and Rhode Island, and regularly lectures on developments in bankruptcy law.
